Are we using dangerous chemicals ?

Never. Our bees live in a strictly chemical and pesticide free environment. We are fully aware that agricultural and domestic pesticides and chemicals represent the biggest threat to the survival of bees and we do what we can to protect them.

What is the difference between wild bees and farm bees?

Wild bees live in natural habitats like trees and caves, while agricultural bees are raised in artificial hives. Wild bees produce smaller amounts of honey and rely entirely on natural resources, whereas agricultural bees are managed to produce larger quantities of honey and pollinate crops. Wild bees are more resistant to diseases due to the diversity of their environment, while agricultural bees may require extra care to maintain their health.

How do you extract honey from the bees?

Honey is harvested using a gentle process to protect the bees and their hive. We start by calming the bees with smoke, then remove the honey-filled frames. The wax caps are carefully removed, and the honey is extracted using a spinner. After filtering to remove impurities, the honey is bottled and the frames are returned to the hive for reuse. This sustainable method ensures both high-quality honey and the well-being of our bees.

What Is total activity (TA) ?

Total Activity (TA) is the bacterial and fungal killing scale of honey. The bigger the value, the more bacteria (and fungus) the honey can potentially kill. Values above TA10 deliver beneficial properties, while values of, or above TA30+ are exceptional and have great health benefits
